Our Process
#FromCottonToPerfection - But How?
Samples of RECHERCHE cotton are carefully selected from the farmers certified by the Better Cotton Initiative Organization, which protects sustainable production. According to pretesting results, purchasing process starts.And hereby, perfect ‘raw material is selected for’ perfect “ production.

Better perfect than sorry
When the pre-approved cotton bales reach our vertical factory in Beyşehir; before even they're removed from the trucks, cotton is tested once again by random sampling method for the second phase. Only the perfect cotton remains in the raw material warehouse.

There is no place like home
According to the recipe for a homogeneous blend, bales of cotton are placed in the spinning mill warehouse. Cotton bales are conditioned in a temperature and humidity environment in accordance with the climatic conditions of the region which they grow in.

Keep on going
In blowroom, cotton passes through the process of opening, cleaning and mixing. Then it is converted in sliver form after combing on the carding machines.

Packaged and Ready To Serve
175 machines of high technology produce 4.500 tons of yarn annually, in our spinning plant that has 40,000+ spindle capacity. The products that reach our spinning facility complete the yarn preparation phase by passing through the processes of the most suitable machines according to the type of yarn to be made. After spinning processes, with Compact Ring machine; in average 110 km yarn is coiled up on the bobbins with Uster Quantum 3 technology; packed in recyclable packaging materials then takes off for knitting.

Excellent Versatility
Our knitting facility, which can produce 4000 tons of raw fabric per year, begins to process the perfect yarns. According to the type of fabric, yarns are placed in the proper knitting machines. Single Jersey, Plated Single Jersey, Fleece, French Terry, Pique, Rib fabrics begin to be knitted with 25 circular knitting machines equipped by Mayer's high technology.

A Colorful Journey
The resulting flawless fabrics are now ready to get colored when they reach our vertical plant which has annual dyeing operation with a capacity of 3,000 tons. Dyes which are prepared with our unique prescription, meet our fabrics in state-of-the-art machines. Here, they’re dyed and prepared for manufacturing under the supervision of our professional team.

Minimal Waste
As a result of the ‘minimum waste’ policy, pre-deposited cotton residue is also included in the production. With the help of our flawless recycling machine, while avoiding waste of cotton, more than 1,000,000 garments per year can be produced using nothing but wasted Cotton based on the capacity.

Caring For The Earth
In today's world, being fast and producing high quality just isn't enough. It is a must to think about the interests of humanity and the world while producing. Thanks to our environment-friendly water treatment plants, we restore all the water we use in our factory to agriculture.

Rising Sun
As Arık Bey our first priority is to provide the energy from sustainable energy sources in our vertical facilities. With our investment of over millions of dolar, we managed to collect up to 100% of the energy we use in our factory only from our solar panels. We use the opportunities that nature kindly offers us to protect it.

No Place For Errors
The last stop of our vertical factory, the garment plant has the capacity to produce 15.000,000 products yearly with more than 1000 units of machinery and workers with high level training. In addition, 5,000,000 embroideries and 30,000,000 printing operations can be applied parallel to production.

Grand Finale: Perfection
Built on 316,000 meter square of land in Beyşehir, our happy factory produces 15,000,000 perfect products by processing 6K tons of perfect cotton annually with more than 2000 machines with the latest technology. Starting with the selection of the highest quality samples, the adventure of production is now ready for the world journey.
